Former CIA officer Sabrina de Sousa will not be extradited from Portugal to Italy for her conviction in the kidnapping case of Egyptian Cleric Hassan Mustafa Osama Nasr, following a partial pardon by the Italian president. “The Milan prosecutor revoked the detention order.
